Has this ever happened to you? You are watching a movie that you are really not interested in for whatever reason then you notice that someone in knitting in the move and suddenly the movie is a whole lot more interesting? That happened to me this weekend. In honor of Memorial Day my hubby decided that on Friday we would watch movie. I was really tired when we started to watch and was working on the second
everlasting sock when I noticed that the mother was spinning. It caught my attention a little, but then when I noticed someone else knitting in the movie it grabbed me a little more. That is until I fell asleep. Now I have to go and rent the movie just so I could see what they were working on.
I am sure there are plenty more movies where characters are knitting, but these are the only other two I can think of off the top of my head.

Did you notice the children's theme here. Unless it is geared towards children, I have not seen it lately.

I hear you about the children's themed movies. We have to watch movies after the kidlets go to bed, and even then we're falling asleep.
You're doing better than me. I couldn't tell you last time I've watched a movie that wasn't on Lifetime.
