This is an actual conversations that took place between my husband and me yesterday.


Hubby: So, what are you knitting now?

Me: A baby blanket.

H: It's pink, who is it for?

M: I don't know. Maybe I'll give it to charity or if someone we know has a girl, I'll give it to them.

H: What?!? (with a puzzled look on his face) Why are you knitting that?

M: I am knitting for the sake of knitting. I love to knit.

H: Can't you love to clean? Can't you just clean the house for the sake of cleaning the house?

M: What?!?

He just doesn't understand.
